1-on-1 Coaching
Do you find yourself feeling stuck and craving a change? Or maybe you have a vision of yourself doing something new? Or are you in the ‘messy middle’ of something, maybe a transition? Coaching is ideal for moving you forward through unexpected challenges and times of intentional change. Most people find that the following 3-step process works well!
- A half-day mini retreat that allows you time to think, reflect about what you’d most like to get out of this experience
- A series (usually 3-4) 50 min coaching sessions at your own pace over 6-8 months, with emails and calls as needed.
- A closing get together to celebrate your accomplishments!

Aspiring Women
One-on-one coaching specifically for early to mid-career women who aspire to more. More fulfillment, more challenge, more respect, more opportunities. More joy in their work and their life.
While similar in structure to my regular coaching offering, it is specifically designed for the needs of professionals who want to expand their roles, improve their skills, and grow their abilities — whether in their current profession or in pursuit of a new direction.
During our time together, you’ll dive deep into your values, life priorities, needs and dreams for yourself. We will explore core beliefs, your career goals and work on expanding the ways in which you view challenges and opportunities.
In the end, you’ll come away with a clearer life/career vision, new pathways to achieve it and big-idea benchmarks that can guide your course.

Typical Clients
My consulting clients are small to medium businesses and nonprofit organizations who arrive at my door with a variety of challenges. They are enterprise leaders who are willing to explore and improve their systems and ways of supporting and engaging their people.
My coaching clients tend to be managers and “servant leaders”, who lead by supporting their teams and people. They are open, passionate, and inquisitive explorers. They are often striving to build balanced lives filled with meaningful and challenging work and the capacity to be present for the things and people they love. I also love to work with those who are early in their career paths, supporting them as they navigate the complexities of building the success and life of a fulfilled professional.

Specifics
As a consultant or facilitator, I offer my lifetime of experience and expertise to businesses and organizations seeking stronger people, processes and performance. These are usually short-term contractual partnerships in which we co-create a scope of work that outlines responsibilities for each party, a specific end goal and clear expectations for deliverables. Fees for my services vary based on the scope of work overall. I offer my services at a discount to a limited number of non-profits each year.
As a coach for professionals and aspiring leaders, I collaborate with clients to create personalized plans that will help them make their vision a reality. Coaching is a process and takes time and energy. Clients should be prepared for a long-term relationship, usually six to twelve months, that will ask them to be open, inquisitive about themselves and ready to work to advance their goals. Coaching offerings described above are $2,500; additional or continuing coaching sessions are offered at an hourly rate.
